Taking Stock with John C. Bogle
Join us to hear John C. Bogle, founder of the Vanguard Group and President of Vanguard’s Bogle Financial Markets Research Center, discuss his observations on the state of our economy and on accountability in corporate America at Taking Stock featuring John C. Bogle. This event will be held on April 14, 8:00 – 10:00 a.m., at the Union League of Philadelphia, located in Center City. The program will be moderated by Fox 29’s Bruce Gordon.
Considered to be the "Father of Index Investing," Bogle built Vanguard into one of the industry’s largest mutual fund organizations and was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Powerful and Influential people in the world.
His recent book Enough: True Measures of Money, Business, and Life, aims to teach investors the importance of doing the right thing, how to be strong leaders in today’s world and what it means to have "enough." Attendees will be able to purchase it at the event.
Taking Stock with John C. Bogle is presented in partnership with the Free Library of Philadelphia and is co-sponsored by Parente Randolph and the Villanova School of Business.
