YPN at the Four Seasons Hotel, 7/14

Join YPN at the Four Seasons Hotel for an upscale evening of networking, philanthropy and learning, and to celebrate the true spirit of volunteerism. This event will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 6:00–8:00 p.m.

Featured speaker Rosemary Turner, Vice President & COO of UPS, Metro Philadelphia District, will present the 3rd annual YPN Volunteer of the Year award to a YPN member who exemplifies the true spirit of volunteerism. Recipients are chosen based on the amount of volunteer hours contributed at YPN volunteer events, and will receive $500 to donate to the charity of his or her choice. Additionally, attendees will hear from Ms. Turner as she shares her stories of success, her role with the GPCC and much more.

YPN members are invited to further support volunteerism by “giving back” to students at McClure Elementary School in Hunting Park, who are in need of basic back-to-school uniforms and clothing items. Uniforms and gift cards can be purchased from the YPN McClure Wish List available at Walmart. Attendees may also bring cash donations to the event for personal clothing items, such as socks and undergarments. Help give a child a sense of confidence by providing these basic needs.
