Charles is a Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP specializing in Business Process and Controls, Internal Audit, and Risk Management. For the last two years Charles has spend much of his professional time advising companies on their response to the Sarbanes Oxley Act (2002), in particular, Companies' response to the internal control elements of this legislation.
